New AU purchasing policy
The university management has adopted a new purchasing policy which applies to all purchases of goods and services at AU - whether the purchase is financed by ordinary or external means.

Since AU must comply with existing government rules and also focus on the potential for cost savings, all purchase must be made according to the AU purchasing agreements. If there is no agreement, you have to contact the AU purchasing administration. Send an e-mail to udbud@au.dk.
You may find more information on the website http://medarbejdere.au.dk/en/administration/finance/procurement/, however some of it is not yet translated into English.

If you are in doubt, ask Grethe, who is our local purchasing coordinator.
