The following adjustments have been made for staff development dialogues (SDD) at Geoscience:
-
SDDs with the permanent scientific staff are transferred to the head of department, as agreed with the sector leaders
-
Head of department holds SDDs with head of secretariat, head of workshops, laboratory manager and AC-TAP Egon Nørmark.
-
In future, Geoscience will use the AU HR developed SDD system.
Plan for SDDs:
-
January 2014: permanent scientific staff has received an e-mail notice of SDD with head of department. An Outlook invitation will follow shortly.
-
Permanent scientific staff must hold SDDs with own externally financed project employees, such as postdocs and research assistants. If needed, in January/February – otherwise during autumn 2014. A joint introduction to the new system will be arranged for alle managers holding SDDs.
-
Technical/administrative staff will have SDD with their immediate superior.
-
PhD students have an annual SDD with Jan Piotrowski, as head of PhD programmes. Further, they have close contact with their supervisor and are followed by the system.
More information about SDDs here.
In case you received a login to the SDD system now, please keep your login for the next SDD in the autumn 2014.
