All incidents, injuries and accidents must be registered by the occupational health and safety organisation to prevent a similar situation from happening again. Depending on the conditions the document will be kept at AU level for 40 years.

In the event of an accident resulting in sick leave, registration must be made as soon as possible and within 9 working days.
