The work environment committee
The university structure contains the following three definitions related to work environment and safety:
- HAMU: Main work environment committee, at university level
- FAMU: Faculty work environment committee, at faculty level
- LAMU: Local work environment committee, at department level
At Department of Geoscience Charlotte Rasmussen is appointed daily work environment leader (coordinating work environment leader).
The work environment organisation ensures a safe and healthy work environment by preventing accidents and work-related problems. A work environment representative can support you in risk assessment related to work processes that could affect yours or somebody elses safety or health. This includes physical, ergonomic and mental conditions. Read more about this work on the departments work environment pages.
