The Department of Geoscience has zero tolerance for all types of offensive behaviour.

In general:

• Be considerate towards everyone
• Respect the people around you
• Consider that what you say or do can be misunderstood

If you observe offensive behaviour, you are expected to help the person AND contact the nearest manager, work environment group, daily work environment leader, union representative or head of department. In all cases these people must respond.
