Termination of employment

When an employee leaves us, the person responsible for hiring must help make sure, the following steps are taken:

  • The employee's computer and accessories is collected
  • The employee's mobile phone, incl. sim card is collected and subscription terminated
  • Additional IT equipment (iPad, printer, data sim card etc.) is collected and subscriptions terminated
  • The employee's keys and access card is collected
  • The employee's credit card is collected
  • Access to local IT.systems is closed (typically systems used in research)
  • Access to e-mail and data can be agreed upon for a short period of time with the employee's manager/ supervisor
